If I could give Santana 100 stars, I would! He was EXCEPTIONAL start to start (because the journey doesn't end when you find the property!) He found my family and I and outstanding high rise, in our desired community, with a spectacular view, & within budget! He was prompt, thorough, and such a resource; even now as we settle. I had seen Panama Equity Real Estate recommended on more than one YouTube video, and they have quite the reputation for finding the best properties for their clients. 2026 was my first time working with them. I've worked with many realtors in my life, and my realtor Santana from Panama Equity Real Estate is at the top of his class. He has a great property selection. When you message Santana, he gets back to you. When you have a question, he gets the answer. Santana worked with me through every detail of the process — not just finding and showing an apartment. He's prompt and professional. He's bilingual. Everything feels first class, and I always feel well cared-for. Excellent company and people to work with. My agent was Jose,  who went above and beyond. Coming from America, between flight delays and customs, I missed two scheduled meetings. I was fortunate in learning about Panama Equity from my cultural tour with BEIP, where Kent Davis introduced us to his team and even responded to my emails several month later, when I was ready to look for an apartment.
